Dual-Licensed. Cross-Border Ready.

Liou Law Corporation was founded by Yushuo “Sean” Liou, a California-licensed attorney and Certified Public Accountant (CPA). The firm was built on a simple premise: real-world legal and financial problems rarely fit neatly into a single professional’s lane.
Sean holds a California State Bar license and a California CPA license, and brings experience spanning estate planning, international tax compliance, immigration law, business formation, and litigation support. The firm maintains offices in San Marino, San Gabriel, and Irvine, California.
Liou Law Corporation has deep roots in the Chinese-speaking community, offering fully bilingual services in English and Traditional Chinese. We serve clients from the United States, Taiwan, Mainland China, and beyond — helping them navigate the U.S. legal and tax system with clarity and confidence.

Our Story, Mission & Vision

Liou Law Corporation grew out of the recognition that clients dealing with cross-border matters — whether immigrating, investing, inheriting, or doing business internationally — are often underserved by professionals who see only one dimension of their situation.
Our mission is to offer integrated, mathematically sound legal strategy that only a team with both legal and accounting expertise can provide. We measure success not by volume, but by the quality and lasting impact of our work.
Our vision is to be the trusted long-term partner for families and businesses navigating the complexity of U.S. law — particularly for the Chinese-speaking community in Southern California and beyond.
Sean Liou is actively involved in the professional and civic community. He currently serves as President of the Chinese American CPA Association (2025–2027), where he leads efforts to promote education, professional development, and outreach within the Chinese American business and accounting community.
Sean also sits on the Board of Directors of the Orange County Chinese American Chamber of Commerce Foundation, an organization dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship and supporting the next generation — including an annual scholarship program for local high school graduates pursuing higher education.
Beyond his board roles, Sean is a sought-after speaker who has delivered presentations to clients and professionals across industries, including insurance agents and wealth management firms, on topics spanning estate planning, international tax compliance, immigration law, and cross-border business strategy.
